Reelo is a recurring reminder app. This policy explains what data the app collects, where it is stored, and how it is used. The short version: your reminder data never leaves your devices, and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Reelo collects only what is necessary to provide the service:
Reelo uses Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data — for example, how many users open the app or use a specific feature. This data does not include your reminder content, name, or any information that identifies you personally.
Firebase Analytics does not use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). Data collected by Firebase is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
If you are signed in to iCloud, your reminder data is synced across your devices using CloudKit, Apple's sync framework. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We do not share your reminder content with anyone.
All reminder data is stored on your device and in your iCloud account. You can delete individual reminders at any time within the app. To remove all data, delete the app from your device and remove the associated iCloud data from Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
Reelo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
